Our Story
Neighborhood Loans, Inc. (NMLS #222982) is a direct national mortgage lender headquartered in Downers Grove, Illinois. The company was founded on a simple conviction: homebuyers deserve better than hidden fees, bait-and-switch rates, and loan officers paid to sell them the most expensive product.
As a direct lender, we control the entire process from application through underwriting to closing. There are no brokers between you and the lender adding markups, and no junk fees buried in disclosure. What you see on your Loan Estimate is what you pay.
South Texas Lending and STX Lending are trade names used by our San Antonio, TX branch (NMLS #2774284), serving the greater San Antonio area and the rest of Texas.
