Everyone has a story, a different background. Working with Ben and his team felt like talking with my best friend. Professional as he is, I believe the hard part of his role in buying our dream house is discovering and understanding each circumstance so well that gives you confidence in due-diligence process as well. But for Ben that was not hard at all due to his impressive experience. He is one of a kind! I wish him good luck in his future projects helping others achieve their dreams!
Both Ben and his loan processor Christy are AMAZING! They worked really hard on my loan, fought for me, and got me the best deal out there. I’m not easy to work with, and I expect a little too much, but they were able to finish everything sooner than I expected. Highly recommend them!
Ben and his team made the entire loan process a breeze. During our first meeting, there was no pressure from Ben to go with him/AFN but he laid out the entire process and what it would look like in a clear and concise manner, making the decision to partner with him an easy one. The AFN app made it easy to track progress and also see what tasks were open, making the loan process very efficient. From start to finish, Ben was attentive to my needs and was easy to get a hold of anytime I had questions (which was often). We closed on our home, and I couldn't be happier. I am already singing his praises to family and friends, and hope you have the opportunity to do the same.

Ben was absolutely fantastic! He and his team were so easy to work with and they had my full loan approval 3 full weeks prior to closing! I was working with numerous loan officers to find the best rate and he beat them all! If you are looking for a loan officer whom is easy to work with and is fast and efficient, look no further!

There are people who do their job, and there are people who go above and beyond their job description, and then there is Ben Gheliuc and his office staff who have no limit to their ability. And they do it with kindness and grace, something you do not see at all in today’s world. It’s easy to deny help when the work is more difficult than normal. Our loan was not traditional yet Ben, Christy, and Brandon took the challenge and ran. Everyone was organized, smart, and eager to find solutions. They know the rules and the laws and are quick with a solution. Anyone would be truly blessed to have them in their corner, our family definitely is.

Excellent communication and assistance navigating through a complex transaction! I purchased two homes at the same time and Ben and his team worked very hard to find the best loan programs for my specific needs. Ben is an efficient and professional mortgage lender in San Antonio and helped us quickly close our conventional home loan in under 30 days for our house in Austin! His rates are very competitive and closing cost was a lot less than other lenders. He’s awesome!
